Spence received a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration majoring in Management from Temple University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 21 years. He is a member of both the AICPA and PICPA. Spence has over 15 years experience as a controller for large TV, newspaper and advertising agencies.
