If you have been in this business any length of time at all, you know most big insurance companies offer great trips as production bonuses. In June of 2004, the Atlantis Resort (pictured above) in the Bahamas was our host for a fabulous 4 days.

Now, this is the good part! Production contests set the bar pretty high don't they? They want you to strive and work hard to win the contests so the companies set the production goals at the very top level . One thing you can be sure of, if they are going to pick up the tab for several hundred people at a Five Star Resort over the course of 4 days, they have to make sure it is worth it to them! After all, business is business.

What was so GREAT about this trip? Everyone from SEIG qualified! That's right, our entire hierarchy went to Atlantis! Have you ever heard of an entire sales group qualifying? Neither had our parent company. Needless to say, we were quite the topic of conversation in Atlantis -- and the envy of many.

The funny thing about this trip was, no one at SEIG was surprised. We are atypical in every respect... and because of the high standards we set for ourselves, great rewards come as no surprise! If you hire the best, the brightest and the most capable; support them in all their efforts and do business the right way, good things are sure to follow!
